That check cannot be done online, which is why three nights is the minimum.

A typical rhythm

What to expect
The garment is worn continuously for the first two days and during the day for about a month afterwards. Swimming and the sea are avoided for a week, as is heavy exercise. Dr. Kazanoğlu reviews your progress online on day fifteen. Results vary between patients.
