Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of the data collected when you contact Uzm. Dr. Oya Oylum Kazanoğlu's practice through our Instagram or WhatsApp messaging assistant.

What this covers

When you message the practice on Instagram or WhatsApp, our assistant stores the conversation so a member of the team can read and reply to it. This page covers that conversation data specifically — for how we handle personal and health data more broadly, see our Privacy Policy.

What we store

Your name or account handle, the messages you send us, and the time they were sent — kept only so we can respond to your enquiry.

How to request deletion

Email hello@antalyaskincare.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request", or send the same request over WhatsApp, and tell us which Instagram or WhatsApp account you used to contact us.

What happens next

We delete the conversation records within 30 days of a verified request and confirm this to you by email or WhatsApp.

Revoke access directly

You can also remove this app's access to your Instagram account at any time from Instagram Settings → Apps and Websites.
